Daughter placed an order online. Arrived at location at 7:50 pm store already closed workers inside would not come to door.Food... was paid for online. The least thing they could have did was at least come to the door I'm sure that they knew it was a pick upoder coming. Very very very bad customer service. Daughter wants refund debited back to her card immediately. Daughter will becontacting store management first thing in the morning as well. Poor business for real. Read more

I don?t ever get Subway so when I went on Sunday, I asked if the veggie patty is vegan. The worker said yes, so I ordered it.... It?s not and I?m lactose intolerant. This establishment could easily kill someone with a milk allergy by not verifyinginformation. Huge negligence and freezer burned vegetables. A simple ?I don?t know? could suffice. Read more

So I went in to get lunch and whenever I did, I walked right back out because first off they basically had NOTHING stocked and... then second, every single thing (mainly the vegetables) looked as if they hadn?t been changed out whatsoever as everything waswilting, turning brown and just absolutely gross along with the meats being a complete mess. Not only that, but the woman woreabsolutely no mask with Covid going on, no gloves, and no hat OR hairnet. I have never seen a subway this bad. Most definitelynever visiting this location again. Used the Subway App 6/13/2021 - 5PM ordered 4 sandwiches & once I arrive the door was locked & no one working, don?t come here... you?ll be disappointed, also the subway should not even let you order via the subway app, I was charged $28.33 now I have todispute it with My bank.. Read more

Honestly, if it were possible for me to give this location absolutely zero stars, I would. My expecting fiancée is a loyal... supporter of the Subway franchise and a consistent consumer of their sandwiches; or may I say she was. This afternoon she wascraving her favorite sandwich and was rudely refused service. Store hours are posted that this particular location closes at 8pmcentral time. My fiancée arrived at precisely 7:40pm and was confronted by the manager of this location by the door beingclosed in her face and locked. When she asked about their closing time, the young manager rudely stated that they were closedand that it is procedure that they close at 7:40pm. This is absurdly unprofessional and seriously upsetting that such afranchise would excuse this kind of behavior. As a previous Jimmy John?s employee, I can assure you that such behavior would bedeemed unacceptable as well as not tolerated on any level. I will be speaking to corporate and the franchise owner about suchunethical practices accepted by such an enormous brand. Tonight that brand has been tarnished, once again, by rude andunprofessional service. Read more
