Ordered online. No one called. They say they have no way to cancel the order. When I went to pick up, they didn?t have any food... in the store to make my sandwich. I?ve tried contacting subway via Facebook for a refund and no luck. Read more
I ordered online, and after close to an hour I finally got an email saying that my order is canceled. I then called the store to... find out what happened and they tell me nobody wants to deliver the food so it was canceled. I asked why no one called me, andshe responded with 'well I told them to call you but they didn't want to'. So I suppose now I just have to dispute the charges. Read more
Store supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. I arrived it was 9:30 a.m. the door was locked and all the staff was just kind of walking... back and forth looking at me standing outside waiting to come in, until finally one of them threw their hands up and said notopen. I tried to call find out what time they did open, got no answer. I thought since the store had been remodeled and lookedreally nice now that service would be better too. Nope, still the same.
