We came for and early brunch with reservations at 1030. We were seated promptly and the service was right on point. I had a... bloody Mary flight it was delicious. The flavors really varied from cup to cup. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito whichwas huge... Enough for breakfast the next day. I had the chicken fried steak. We definitely took half of our food to go.Everything was really good. Read more

The food was great. We tried some of the appetizers and drinks for happy hour. It was not too busy when we went about 4. The BBQ... brisket firecrackers were good, but very spicy. I was not able to eat much of them, but the general consensus was that they weregreat. I highly recommend the SW Salmon cakes and the smoked chicken nachos. They all are generous portions especially for theprice. The margaritas were well made and nice and stout. The frose was good enough that I ordered a second one. We did arriveduring shift change, so I understand it can be a more hectic time for the staff. That being said service was slow. We sat at thebar and had to flag down a bartender more than once. It took over 10 minutes to pay our bill, and getting a box was a littledifficult. Overall I would recommend them for the food and drinks, but maybe try a different time. Read more

I made my reservation through Open Table and received lots of bonus points. The Texas Red Frito Pie was really good. The Shrimp... Louie was tasty, but way too much Lettuce and not enough Shrimp. The Burger was really good, the Fries were even better! I wouldhave stayed for dessert but was running late to catch a movie. Lots of Smokers, who brought their odor in with them, I probablywon't be back on the weekend. Read more

We loved this place!!! They have outdoor seating and great service, but the food was the star! We had the Purist Mac ‘n... Cheese with Gulf Trash, which was creamy and so good, and Pesto Grilled Cheese. For the latter, we asked the waiter what was thebest side they had. He said the Whiskey Glazed Brussels. We immediately laughed out loud, because we both DESPISE brusslessprouts. Cannot even put into words how much we hate the vile bitter little bulbs. He went to great lengths to coax us intogetting them, so we relented. He promised he would exchange them for a different side if we did not like them. It was notnecessary. They were AMAZING! Sweet and savory at the same time and drenched in a delectable sauce that nearly completely maskedthe bitter taste of the actual sprouts. We were gobsmacked. The food was all so good that we discussed coming back before theend of our trip (that is something we NEVER do. We plan the whole trip around the meals and attempt to try as many differentrestaurants as we can in each city). We also tried two of their non-alcoholic drinks, of which they had a wide variety. I don'tremember the names, but they were very unique as well. Read more
