Fairly quiet in the evening when I visited. Sat down for a while and had my Mocha cookie Frappuccino.
This location is not good honestly. I've tried to come in two days in a row (in the middle of the day) and doors were locked and... no one is in the lobby. The second day they didn't even turn off the mobile orders so I ordered, walked up and discovered thedoors were locked. They never check their mobile food orders so you'll be waiting extra time because you have to tell them youhad food. The staff is friendly most of the time but not following their own hours and not placing signs on the door sayingthey're closed is just unprofessional. I'm surprised corporate hasn't visited. Brutal! this place is a dump. As a franchise owner I would be shocked and appauled! floors In Bathroom and main floor look like... they haven't been cleaned in weeks, inventory out and bathrooms were like being in a truck stop. Get it together franchiseowner! Read more
6 people behind the register and it takes 10 minutes for coffee that is already brewed. Inside is not busy at all and only one... person making drinks. Lukewarm coffee at best. Read more
