They close at 9pm but they stop taking orders at 8:15pm that doesn?t make any sense! If y?all don?t want our $$ just say that... and the barista has some major attitude problem! Geez lady all I wanted was a coffee. Read more

Horrible service. I asked for a strawberry açai refresher and the lady on the register didn?t even have the courtesy to inform... me that they didn?t have the dried strawberries that are supposed to be in the drink. I wouldn?t have paid $5 for a regularlemonade had I known that. Not to mention her attitude in general was absurd. Plain rude for no reason. Read more

This Starbucks is inside the Target. There is a large seating space, as many drinks as any other Starbucks and I think there's... only one time that my drink was messed up. My main fault with this Starbucks is their customer service in terms of friendlinessand paying attention to customers is seriously lacking. Literally, every time I have gone I am not greeted right away even ifthere is no line nor are they even making other drinks. No, usually they are talking to co-workers and I am completely ignoreduntil they come to the register. They have even come to the register while continuing to talk to their co-worker & making mewait a little longer. Then they take my order and walk away continuing their conversation. I can't remember the last time I evengot a, "Hi, how are you today?" from anyone who works here. Having worked in customer service and knowing this would not beokay at any other Starbucks I am appalled by it. I hope a manager reads this and that this changes! Read more
