I experienced unprofessional behavior at this location, and the two staff members were either lazy, overworked, or inadequately... trained. One of the baristas (unsure of her name) belittled her coworker to the customer standing in line in front ofme. Secondly, I attempted to purchase 2 Frappuccinos, and the same barista who belittled her coworker told me that they were notmaking Frappuccinos. I did not ask why. Worst Starbucks in the world. Workers are too lazy to EVER make cold brew so they just don't have it on the menu.
Coffee was alright, a little substandard to a normal Starbucks. I had to wait for a couple minutes while the employees just... stood behind the counter and did nothing for a couple of minutes until one finally said something, was apparently waiting for myorder by not looking at me or even say she was ready for it. The woman who rang me up was pleasant but the girl making thedrinks was quite rude. After not obviously marking my three lattes, I asked which was which and she just walked over and pulledone of the sleeves down and promptly turned away. This location shouldn't even be considered a Starbucks, might as well call it Doubletree coffee because this location is nothing... like a normal Starbucks. With it being so tiny, there is a constant line out the door. It is ran by one person, maybe 2 on agood day. They do not accept rewards and never have any of the new promoted drinks. I waited 20 minutes in line today just to betold that they don't offer any of the cold foam drinks that are being advertised right now. Such a waste of time and money. Iasked the barista what they could make that is similar but she didn't know. I highly recommend Greenway Coffee over this BS,neverrrrrr again. Read more
The location is a nice small area that is normally not too crowded. Yesterday, I bought a Strawberry Açai refresher. It didn't... taste too good. And today I bought a Very Berry Hibiscus refresher. It has a bitter taste. It's sad, because everything is goodexcept for the product itself. Read more
Two of the last 3 days, I've gotten a Treinta Strawberry Acai Refresher with no ice and this is what they gave me. Other... locations don't short me just because I request my drink without ice. No one wants to pay $5 for half a drink!!! Read more
I stopped coming to this location for a while because the staff was always rude. My coworker and I decided to stop here one... morning before coming in to the office. It appears nothing has changed. The staff was very rude to 2 guys in line who didn'tspeak English very well and were trying to order. The ladies became impatient with them and were even joking about it with twocustomers in line behind us. It was very unprofessional. My friend and I left without ordering. I will never come back here. Theone on Weslayan is just as close to walk with friendly staff! Read more
Staff is always friendly. It's a very busy Starbucks providing their services to the hotel and to surrounding offices. So do... expect a short line. Read more
