I love this Starbucks locations and have for years. All of the Baristas are great. Ms.Porter makes my day every time I come in.... Esai is great and they make my drinks ???? so good. I wish this team was at the Starbucks by my house so I can visit themeveryday. Westin location is the Best!!!!! Read more

Rude (Women of Older Age) employee was rude and incompetent when taking my order. Felt rushed even though we weren?t in line. By... the way, news flash, when people look at the front instead of going in line it means they are deciding what to get. It Seems tobe she changed her mood when a regular comes in, wish she could?ve treated us better. The fact that they make you tip them onthe keyboard just over some coffee is not necessary. Just want to get my coffee and go. More complicated than it needs to be.Also Felt discriminated in a certain way as well. Do better. Read more
As I was in line this afternoon I noticed 2 young ladies attempting to order a few drink's , the person (Women Older Age) taking... their orders was rude and incompetent in regards to customer service towards them while they ordered their drinks. Her Rudenesswas brought to her attention by one of the young ladies and her tone was brought down a bit. But overall this made me leave thecoffee shop and not want to order my drink due to the negativity this employee generated. The Morning Staff is way nicer thatthe staff there at this time. Read more

Staying in the hospital and wife ran to this store to get me a Iced Maple Pecan Latte with almond milk, extra syrup and drizzle.... This is a fall drink that comes with cold foam and autumn sugar on it. They gave my wife an ice maple pecan latte with no coldfoam, no syrup and no autumn sugar. I called back and tried to talk to them and was told that my wife didn?t specify cold foam.The picture on the Starbucks website has it on there under the words ?Iced Maple Pecan Latte? . Every other Starbucks I go to Iorder the exact same thing and they give me exactly what it is every time. I will not be going back here, if you are at memorialcity hospital and want Starbucks I?d suggest just going to the mall instead of wasting your time and money at this Starbucks. Read more
The manager is very friendly and the staff is quick. The coffee shop wasn?t super loud, so you can read and get some work done.
