The staff that was to believe I say Hispanic with glasses, had such a rude manner, she didn?t want to serve me but instead to... say it?s a really long queue you have to wait , but there was only 3 people ordering, when I got there , ordered my drink butdidn?t get a free cup since its red cup day , I had to asked , she said she ?forget? , yeah sure when you clearly gave threecups to the other 3 people before giving it to me , this is when before that hispanic lady made their drinks. I been to bad Starbucks but this wins the medal for being the worst one on the list. The drinks are never right. And the service... is horrible. I wish Starbucks would open up a location in the heights outside of kroger because am done with this location.Train your employees to be nicer and if they so unhappy with their jobs then quit!!! This Starbucks is inside Kroger's grocery store. There is no drive-thru. Anyone writing a negative review about the drive-thru... are complete idiots that have never been here. There is nothing wrong with this place. Read more
The one star is specifically for Priscilla. I come here most mornings and everyone else is so kind to me. Not only did Priscilla... ignore me but went about charging me for extra syrup that she didn?t put in my drink to begin with. In all the years that I?veplaced my Starbucks orders, I?m only charged once for any syrups I add into my drink. It?s not fair to treat me differentlybecause I don?t look like you do Priscilla. You were kinder to the other ladies that were there with me that appeared to looklike you. I guess I?ll have to drive farther for better service. Read more

Drive thru made my drink wrong or took my order wrong because I literally asked for a caramel macchiato and received a triple... shot latte?.disgusting?.I make it all the way home come back to get my correct order and they literally made it wrong again. Itwas too hot to taste it so I assumed it was right had to doctor it up. I normally come in the evenings and never have a problembut this morning crew is a little off.
