This is my go to Starbucks and I wanted to give a shout-out to Dakari who works at this location. He is always so sweet and... cheerful when I come in for what seems like my daily coffee. He gives me suggestions on different drinks and even remembers theones I like. I always leave with a smile on my face when he?s there. Thanks for being so wonderful! Read more
Today was the first bad experience I had here. The person behind the counter was rude and was constantly on his phone. His name... tag was scuffed up and I was unable to get his name. He was work alongside Chris who is a delight. I approached the counter theyoung man (not chris) sighed very loudly as if I was inconveniencing him. After about 3 seconds of silence I said hello. Irecieved no reply or even eye contact. I gave my order. As he was making my drinks I tried small talk again trying to see if wecould lighten the mood or find out if he was having a bad day. No reply. He set the drinks down in my direction abruptly againno eye contact. I told him "I hope you have a better day" , no response and I left. Read more
Came in for a coffee and heard the lady at the register (Lisa) yelling at her co-workers. She also had an extremely rude... attitude and ruined the entire experience I have become accustomed to when going to Starbucks. Read more
Just came in around 8:00 pm today and I overheard a lady complaint about why there wasn?t coffee made but this was close to... closing around eight, she was very mean and rude to the young man, who even made her something else, I went up to him toapologize for that Karen like behavior because customer service is hard, been working it 20 years, amazing location and staffhaving to deal with entitles white women like that, bless that young man with the glasses Read more
I always get a Passion Tea Sweetened with Lemonade from here and I've never once had them mess it up. I highly recommend this... Starbucks if you are in the area or happen to stop by and need a few things at Krogers. Also, they have really good hotchocolate. Read more
