The people in here are very kind. When I went, it wasn?t very busy and it takes about two minutes to get a coffee. Very quick... and efficient. Coffee made correctly and no issues. Read more

I love it here ! I make it a part of my morning ritual . Every time I come they already know exactly what I need. The staff is... incredibly friendly especially Luis. Genét is the most bubbliest morning person I?ve ever met. Her personality is contagious.It took a while for me to leave a review because the staff was changing up a bit. Overall my favorite Starbucks thus far. Read more

Customer service if not very important here. I placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes early and proceeded to wait... patiently at the "To-Go" station. I saw my order made and simply placed back behind the counter. No calling out a name oranything. I thought, well maybe it's not done (waiting on that final drizzle or something). Then, several other customersarrive and immediately drink are coming out (all being announce who they are for). Now, after about 15 minutes total wait, I goget in the ordering line because apparently it's rude to interrupt the barrista to get my drink. So now, finally, I have a halfmelted frappaccino and no apologies or acknowledgement of wrongdoing. For a prime location in downtown, this is ridiculous. Look elsewhere for your coffee fix. Very rude and slow staff. A barista left the store with my drink half finished still on the counter. The barista that was left... was slow, rude, and didn't pay attention to what was on the order label for the drinks. This location's customer service is inthe horrible. Also, they seem to always be out of items that busier locations have in stock so having a hard time excusing theproblem as a supply shortage for these items since the issues have been occurring long before the shortages. Seems more likepoor inventory management on the part of management. This location needs a serious overhaul of staff. Read more

Horrible service, slow, not friendly what so ever. Too busy, coffee hardly ever right. Sometimes you order something online and... go to pick it up to learn their out of it. Come on, $7 a cup gotta do better! Read more

It's a Starbucks so you know what you get. This one is in the lobby of a professional building downtown and is frequented by... people in neighboring buildings as well. I think where this one excels is picking up online orders. They have a dedicatedperson and station for online orders. I purchased my drink online via their app and in 15 minutes came by , walked to thestation, gave my name, got my drink and left. No lines and no waisted time. Read more
