The regular location I go to for past 4 years. Usually quick but the customer service isn?t always great it?s like you?re... bothering them at work. Today the girl at the window snatch my money from my hand dropped the changed I was careful trying tohang her with my cash. She just stared the whole time Didn?t say anything. They might as well could have had a robot handing memy coffee. Looks like ima be making coffee at work more often.decent coffee just don?t expect like customer service. Read more
The guy taking order also takes order for drive thru so when I ordered and got mine, it was wrong and then I went back to him to... try to correct it but instead of apologizing, he raised his voice and said that's not what I heard? This was a great experience from a lot of the locations I have visited before. The manager of the shift assisted me with me card... issue, and navigated me through the system to better understand it. Only took a few orders for Brooke and two other baristas to remember my order. I use mobile order so it's ready when I get... there. Today 9/15/22 the barista (a guy) told me my drink was made with love. That made my day!! I now wait to get my latte atthis location closer to my work instead of the Starbucks closer to my apartment. My favorite Starbucks drive-thru!!! Every time I go, the baristas are very friendly and my drink order is consistent every time.

Great atmosphere, plenty of parking and fast service.
Everyone is really nice but the drinks are never made right. I always order a venti and it?s typically only half full. We go... through the same song and dance every time and while the baristas are always very friendly and nice, and always offer to remakethe drink. I hate that I have to bring it up and waste everyone?s time. I?ve tried ordering grandes before and gotten the sameproblem. I hate that I have to write this, and im going to stop going to this Starbucks obviously but I felt I would give anyoneelse with social anxiety a heads up- you?re going to have to ask them to remake your drinks if you want to get what you paidfor.
