Busy place. Not very experienced nor servers. Not enough place to sit down
Ordered 6 shot venti brown sugar shaken espresso oat milk latte. Got $9 glass of oat milk. Complained and was assured that there... were 6 shots. Asked them to remake it and they refused. Terrible customer service. ETA: Starbucks gave my money back but don?twaste your time here Read more
Great coffee after hard day shopping.
I have always received great service at our home Starbucks. But while visiting the galleria mall, the employee with the beanie... was super rude. I guess I said a drink incorrectly and he was super rude and degrading about it. Multiple people in front of uswere annoyed with his tone of voice! Not to mention the way he leaned his body all over the counter/glass where the food goes,super unhygienic. Read more
as I was standing in line the lady that was behind the counter screamed at my son and his friend to put on there mask and they... weren't even close to anyone they were by themselves I think that was so disrespectful who is she to tell my son to put a maskon when he and his friend we're not even around anyone!!!! But the gentleman who waited on me and my wife was very polite.Otherwise I would give him five stars! The lady needs to mind her own business! Especially if you're not even up close to thecounter or around anyone. Read more
The upstairs location is great! They?re always very quick and you can tell they do their best. However, I always have problems... with the downstairs location. They?re always slow. I placed a mobile order that someone stole. I asked where my drink was and ifit had been made. They said it was already made and had been taken. I asked them to remake it and they wanted to argue about it.Even though they eventually remade it. It took me 40mins to get my coffee on a slow day because they continued to make thedrinks of others who had just bought theirs in line when I order and paid for mine over 30mins. It's Starbucks, all basically the same, barista was distracted flirting with a customer, clean tables, good wifi by Google.... Tables are few and mostly busy. They should have more nutritional and healthy food and no more straws. Good parking. Read more
