I didn't go in just drop someone off for them to get there drink and they say there expensive but worth it.

Israel is the rudest person I have ever seen at the first floor location of the galleria he snapped at me for grabbing my coffee... that was behind the mobile pick up order. Very Rude and I would like to speak to a manager about how disgusting he actedespecially when no one was helping with the mobile orders they was all ignoring me making other orders !! I order 2 drinks .. very simple lemonades... I forgot to say easy on the ice .. when I got them I told the server please I want... them with less ice.. he was not happy and replied I had to let the register know when I am ordering, he was right but no needfor the reply or the attitude and also the person at the register was talking to herself because you couldn't hear her.. theyneed someone with more spark, happy and welcoming. This Starbucks almost always has long lines the more shoppers you see. Using the Starbucks app has always been a way to skip the... line for the regulars. It really is unfortunate that this store doesn't support the app. Anyway the frapp I ordered from thestore came out perfectly. No complaints from me. The workers here never get my order correct. I ordered two pumpkin iced coffees and asked where my other coffee was and she told... me to get to the back of the line and go order it. This is one my 4th time at this location that I was asked to go to the endof the line and reorder and pay for my drink that they missed. I come from hospitality and that?s not how it works when you messup an order. I literally just left so I?m sure you can see who was working.
