If I could give a 0 to this place I would! I went to get some Starbucks with my friend today and the person that was there today... mad for some reason , speaking with another women who was also working there I am not sure if it was her manager but I am veryvery upset ?????.. we ask for the caramel Frappuccino , which I ordered 5 and she was mad cause we ordered 5? She is racist she heared me and my son talk spanish and she said we are abt to close and said to hurry up when we has just... Walked in she also said they were cleanning the machines alredy we then waited for someone else to walk in they were americansand she acted completly diffrent and she attended they while we waited outside. Usually I like Randall?s Starbucks, but the girl there is HORRIBLE. I?ve never seen her before, I don?t know if she?s a new hire... but the drinks she made were soooo bad and disgusting, and it was so watery even though it was a Frappuccino. She even calledout the wrong drink and my drink got switched with my sister?s. Also, she?s so slow at making drinks. I get she?s alone and byherself at the place but legit some lady finished her shopping before she came back and the girl wasn?t even finished making hercoffee yet. $13 for trash drinks!! Read more

Very slow worker believe name was DQuan. Literally got sweet milk and no traces of coffee or espresso. Never had issues before.... Usually better than the stand alone across the stress but guess not. Read more

Usually when my drink is wrong I don?t complain I just take it and go. I used to work at Starbucks so I know it can be hectic.... But this time I was really just craving a Marble Hot chocolate with soy milk because it?s chilly outside.. well I did go backbecause I realized when I got Home it was only a White hot chocolate.. so I went back and they had my drink made so quick I wasthankful but then I got Home and realized it?s not soy milk ????... so sad I don?t feel like driving back.. so so sad Read more
