I'm giving it a 2 for location as it was in close proximity to where we were staying. This Starbucks is located in a grocery... store. It was horrible. The store employee (not a barista) was pretty dry, yet seemed to pep up when another non-monority walkedup behind us as a customer. We ordered the new brown sugar oatmilk drinks and both were heavily doused with cinnamon (bottom cuplined generously). This made for an awful first experience of a new drink. Most starbucks in grocery stores are not connected tothe brand, so the store employees typically do not take special care of ensuring the correct measurement of the drinks are spoton. He lived up to the expectation that grocery store starbucks are horrible. Won't be back again! Thanks to the store employeefor making us feel unwelcome which is untypical of the actual starbucks brand. Read more
This is my go to starbucks before going to work, the lady on the headset has a horrible tone when speaking to customers my first... time very disappointed with customer service, thankful for the sweet guy who wished me a great day when he handed me my drink. Read more
Nice coffee bar located in the Randalls Flagship store at Weslayan @ Bissonnet. It's a good place to grab a cup of coffee before... shopping at Randalls or the other stores in Weslayan Plaza. The barista are friendly and outgoing. I like the smallcontemporary seating area Read more
If I could give this location 0 stars I would have. I came to this location to get a beverage from Starbucks & I waited in line... for 5mins or more because the young lady Marquitta was not in her department. After several employees called over the intercomfor a Starbucks associate Marquitta finally showed up. She walked past the line and stood behind her cash register and juststarred at me with out a greeting or apology. I politely walked away because I refuse to spend my money or energy at a businesswho does not value their customers or their job. This type of customer service should not be acceptable especially when you haveso many competitors nearby. Read more
Absolutely rude. Lady was asking what I wanted from the other side of the bar, not in front of the register. Then gets upset... when she got the order wrong. Stating, ?you should?ve said ___ I already made it.? Well, if you were not across the bar, and infront of the register, you would?ve gotten my order correct. Her unwillingness to help made this entire experience horrible. Read more
