I walked up to the Starbucks in the MD Anderson food court near the Rotary House after fasting labs. I waited behind a man and... watched the server take his order then make his coffee. After the customer ahead of me left, the server greeted me and a woman Idid not know behind me at the same time. Hi Ladies. I had been there several minutes before the woman behind me showed up,waiting patiently, but only deserved a twofer greeting. After I placed my order and was rung up the server told me "wait." Theserver proceeded to take the order of the woman behind me before making my coffee while I was standing in front of her register.The woman behind me had a lengthy order. Awfully busy. I waited for over 20 min for my mobile order at the counter, and they don't even bother to talk to me when I tried... approaching the counter front several times. Truns out they ran out of the item, and I knew it after I got in the line foron-site order just to ask. It was meant to be a 10 min coffee pick-up run for me, and ended with a 35-40 min in store waiting. Read more
The Chai Tea that I ordered was horrible, and the staff seemed as if they were bothered by the customers?not welcoming at all!... This experience has inspired me to spend my money at another Starbucks location! Read more
I go here frequently. So, yes they see my face A LOT. It?s in close walking distance from my job. I LOVE Starbucks. Clean store... friendly workers. Orders are always made right. No complaints. Read more
I work for Ben Taub but I walk nearly 1/2 mile to get my delicious cappuccino made with oat milk. Wonderful barista lady makes... it perfectly every time and she is so pleasant! She radiates such positive energy/vibes which is an awesome way to start my day. I can tell my coffee was made with love! Read more
I'm so happy that this Starbucks is back open after the remodel! The store is bigger and brighter and better. My morning visits... to pick up a cup of Joe is a perfect start to my day. As with all Starbucks, it starts with how they make your particular beverage, be it coffee got or cold, tea or any blended... beverage. These particular employees got my drink made spot on. Store was clean and employees were nice and respectful. Pricesare just too high. Read more
