The food and service at this location is as expected, which is top-notch! Most of my experiences are in drive-thru. While the... service was fast and efficient, I particularly find the drive-thru line guidance to be less than satisfactory. At only fivecars deep. The last car is already on the main street which is only three cars from the main road. It seems to be a locationissue as most Kirby drive businesses are spaced very interestingly near the main road. Otherwise I'll keep coming to this placefor the food and great customer service. Read more

I dont remember the day I came into the Yale location but it was a way better experience I have had in a long time. I cant... remember the guys name but from the time I walked in to the time I left he was greeting me and conversating with me and foundout there was a flower with the same.
