If you ever see Taneshia I would just turn around and leave. She has the worse customer service EVER! Everytime we try to order... drinks she never lets us finish our order and keep trying to get us to leave and then have the worst attitude when we orderanything more than one drink! She always gets my order wrong and acts like I?m a inconvenience to her day. I?ve noticed thatit?s not just me that she acts that way to, but to every customer she sees, it?s always rolling her eyes, sighing and just plainrude and disrespectful. I?m sorry but I don?t think that?s how Starbucks employees should be acting to their customers and Ihighly agree that she shouldn?t be working here. I have been here twice and met her whose nametag is Taneshia, i received an unpleasant attitude and unfriendly unwelcoming with... customers here giving me the feeling that she is contemptuous or she is discriminating. I was standing in front of the counterwaiting for service today but she ignored it and kept doing the cleaning and threw everything on the cleaning counter towardsthe order counter where I was waiting to be served later. She walked over to order for me with an annoyed expression andattitude, that action in front of customers is not good. After she finished making my order she didn't call my name nor informthat my drink was done until i saw my order had been waiting at the counter for a long time. Went there today with my daughter and Lizet and Evelyn were very helpful. Pleasant attitudes and went the extra mile to make our... drinks special. My daughter loved her Pink Drink. Great job ladies!! Read more

Terrible service. She was on her phone while she was taking my order. Messy station, dirty floors. She had a bunch of receipts... on her printer like she never gives them out. She did not hive me mine haha. Then she makes my order and puts too much carameland asked me if it was too much. I responded that it was because it was a whole chunk almost falling off. She made a face andthrew away the whip cream and re started the whip cream and caramel, now I got almost no caramel. It doesn't seem like she wantsto work there... oh and I have never been to that location, So I had to ask where the straws were after walking back and forth 2times, did not even pay attention of what I needed, then she answered annoyed... On March 19th around 3:45pm went by to get a drink but the lady behind the counter was on her personal phone. When I walked by... she didn't noticed and was talking to her friend on her phone, when she finally noticed me standing there she pretended like itwas a costumer but I knew it wasn't since I was hearing her entire conversation. Long story short, she continue to be on herphone while asking what I wanted, I was a bit upset at her rudeness so I said "nothing thank you" and left. She never once putdown her phone, when I turned around she continue talking on her pink cell phone. Read more
