I avoid going to this Starbucks becuase every time I go, the employees are ignoring the customers in line, and are cleaning or... talking to their coworkers as if they don't have customers standing there waiting. Whenever I go to Starbucks, I'm on a timecrunch and am in a rush, and this is not the place to go to if you're in a rush because they take their precious time. I've seenthis with different employees EVERY time, and they lack basic ingredients like cold brew when I go. Read more

My cashier was Mario Clark! I forgot to tell him I was allergic to dairy and to add almond milk. When I remembered he switched... out the milk with no problems and was very nice about it. Other customers was coming in and he was by himself but he was able todo his work and communicate and keep the line moving and fix my mistake. Read more
