The service at this location is in need if some help. I recently visited this location on 3 separate occasions and had an issue... each visit. I don't know of the team is feeling pressured to get orders made quickly or if it's a lack of attention to detailalor lack of training, but it's impacting your customer satisfaction. Employees were nice, although a bit short staff, took a while for them to come take our order. Drinks took a little while to... make, but overall service was good. Close to my house so not too bad to have to wait a few minutes for service. Read more
I ordered through Uber eats, which the driver and experience was great but how do one order a caramel frapp with absolutely no... caramel drizzle and I ordered extra drizzle!! Asked for light Ice not happy to finish my drink in 5 sips not even enough to last 30 seconds after I left. Thankfully they... remade it for me but honestly cant stress light ice enough I cant imagine ordering extra ice would my cup be made out of icetoo? I ordered a frappucino and realized there was bugs in it. Of course I could not see it until the drink had melted. I called the... store several times and nobody picked up the phone. Finally went there during my lunch break to have it replaced and the manageron site told me I had to send an email to their support team to have it fixed. I dont undertand why I have to contact supportteam to have an order that was messed up in your store. After having me drink some dead bug juice and wasting my time, that teamwas not even able to make it right. Read more
