Beware, they blocked some of the power outlets plates and none of the remaining power outlets worked. This is the first... Starbucks I am aware of that does that. I asked the staff and he replied: I guess that's the case. Apparently they either didthis on purpose or they knew the issue but didn't want to fix it. Read more

This location is super clean and organized well! I came in with a complicated order (passion tea with some customizations) and... they handled it with ease! I drive thru this morning and the drive thru was busy as usual so there were about 4-5 cars in front of me. It was talking... longer than usual so not sure what was going on, but I finally pulled up to order after about 10 min and was asked to "hold onplease"...after about 3 min sometime else finally came on, greeted me and took my order. I had a breakfast sandwich and a ventiskinny vanilla latte with extra shot of expresso, hot. Unfortunately on the way to work I took my 1st sip and it was not what Iordered... instead I got a pike place coffee???????????????, which is a fraction of the price and nothing like what Iordered/paid for. Nothing more frustrating than it taking 15-20min for drive thru, but then to get it wrong on top of that????.The breakfast sandwich was correct and very good though. Read more
