The "FREE" Wi-Fi connection came in very handy for an emergency Zoom video call I received that resulted in being an extremely... important call. In addition to this Starbucks providing a Wi-Fi connection fast enough to support an entire, "glitch free" Zoomvideo call, but the signal, in regards to its stability, remained steadfast, and endured throughout the duration of my calllasting 20+ minutes. Furthermore, the staff, apparently took notice of my involvement in the previously mentioned Zoom VideoCall, & went above, and beyond in the professional courteous department. Several team members excelled by providing me withnumerous smiles, head nods, and hand gestures from a distance, ensuring I had everything I needed while refraining from interfering, or being the cause of any interruptions during my call. What I ordered was not what I got. The girl at the window heard my order wrong and gave it to me, I corrected it but had to pay... again. And my order was STILL wrong the second time. I got sugar, watered down barely coffee and melted wiped cream. I?m afrequent Starbucks customer and this is the WORST coffee I?ve ever gotten, 10 mins later and I still have a bad taste in mymouth. Im a 50 year old dad and i sent my autistic 16 year old son in there on Oct 9. My son has really bad social anxiety so he wrote... his order in his notes app on his phone to show it to the workers. His order was a basic caramel frap with almond milk ( bc he?slactose intolerant ) and 2 pumps of pumpkin spice and 2 pumps of white chocolate. When his order came out, they gave him a basiccaramel frap without the adds that he requested even though he was charged for it. When he asked for a remake since they cantjust add the shots because they made it with regular milk my son was told he has to tip 4$ for the remake and he naively did.And when it was remade they made it with regular chocolate instead of white chocolate which my son hates . But he didnt sayanything and left heartbroken . My son was mistreated by rude unprofessional employees. If you are rude at the job then dontwork!! Absolutely disgusting. I am never EVER going back to starbucks again and me and wife will be relying on dunkin for ourdaily coffee from now on. Thanks a lot starbucks. Read more
Been order from this Startbucks for years. But make me feel Disappointed and I won't order from this Startbucks any more! Order... from Uber eats on Aug 24 and Aug 25. Missing items twice!!!! Why there is only sandwich? Where is my coffee? The bag tape notopen! Drivers said they don't know and Uber eat only can do refund! I don't need refund, I need my coffee! A friend and I decided last min that we wanted Starbucks but the 2 near by closed at 9. Noticed this one closed at 9:30 so we... decided to give it a shot. We got there just in time, 9:17 to be exact. I normally don?t like doing that and actually felt superguilty going so close to closing time. I didn?t expect the employees to be thrilled about us walking in that late but I waswrong. Everyone had smiles on their faces and the girl at the counter happily took our order. She asked for a name for the orderand since everyone knows Starbucks baristas are supposed to spell your name wrong, I asked her to do her worst lol! She did notdisappoint ????
