I placed my order through my app over 20 minutes before arriving and when I arrived I was told it would be another 20+ minute... wait, INSANE. Clearly this Starbucks has no type of coordination. I waited in line for over 15 mins ordered my drinks and forget to get my banana nut bread to go with my drink I get to the... window a person by the name of chance stated that I would have to go get back in line to add it due to a new policy I get thatif I was ordering a new drink that would take time but literally a bread ?! That?s the worst customer service from a place Ivisit ALOT ! The manager was taking my order and I ordered three items which totaled $17 and something cents I handed her 100 and before even... opening her register she said I can?t take that I don?t have change. So I asked her neither register has changed for 100 shenever went to go look and see if the other register had changed for 100 she just said no we don?t have change. It was around 3o?clock in the afternoon and as expensive as Starbucks is I highly doubt that one of the two registers had 83 dollars extra togive me. Fantastic service here and they NEVER mess up my drinks. As someone who?s lactose intolerant I always order non-dairy and even... at their busiest they?ve gotten my drink correct, fast, and delicious. Will be a regular here very happy with customer serviceand the interior is also really nice and welcoming. Read more
Today Daniel made my day. I?ve had a rough morning -car broke down. I stopped to get a coffee and lemon pound cake. I vented... with him while ordering. He smiled the whole time and even gave me a bonus on my order. I teared. He was super. I was observinghim while in line and while I waited for my Uber. He was like that with all his customers. Very long lines at 9:22am which creates long wait times. Even with CY-FAIR schools starting today at 7:30am, the line is 16 Cars... deep. Two stars for this section. Ordered at 9:44 that's 22 minutes just to order. ???? Staff review: Single Staff outsideworking hard removing 4 loads of trash by herself. Order taker: seemed tired, almost bothered, but not sure if it was the end ofher shift. She sounds as if she's trying to be nice but not feeling it. Think Snuffleupagus. Location seems to have what might be a big infestation. Flys everywhere in the store. Iced sugar cookie almond milk latte does... not taste like it should, made incorrectly. frequent Starbucks goer that will not go back to this Starbucks.
