I love the atmosphere here and it?s my go to Starbucks since I only live like 5 minutes away from it. The baristas always do... such an amazing job and give good customer service each time I come in. This Starbucks is at a slightly odd location: at intersection of 1960 and 249, which is good, but its behind a gas station, a... little difficult to see coming from 1960 and you have to turn on 249 feeder road before you get to it, or go through the big gasstation. The place itself is just like any other Starbucks, nothing special. The seats arent as comfortable as most otherStarbucks, and I didn't see any sofas. Read more
This location has such an amazing and friendly staff!!! They are extremely helpful with getting your order placed correctly for... those of us who are not fluent in the ?coffee lingo ?. Their customer service is outstanding!!! They give you a welcome greetingto everyone when they enter the store and tell you thank you and have a great day when you are leaving the store!!! That isalways appreciated in my opinion!!! The coffee is always delicious and amazing whether it is hot or cold!!! Thanks for alwaysmaking my order correctly and making my visits amazing!!! I am that EVERYDAY Starbucks customer, and this location just seems to get worse and worse as the weeks pass. Several times this... month I?ve literally had to request for my drink to be REMADE because the taste was just awful. The drive thru moves quickly,mobile orders are made promptly, but the drinks themselves? DISGUSTING!! Read more
idk if they?re having a bad day or something but i got home and tasted my drink and it was really watery and i drove all the way... back to have it remade and it still tasted weird. the staff are nice and i didnt wanna be a ?karen? to them but i found itunfair that i had to drive all the way back for my drink to be remade just for it to still be weird :( and i used up all mypoints for it too. idk ill just stick to my usual location.
