This location is dirty. I went to sit and meet with someone and drink a coffee last week. When I looked for a spot to set my... backpack and hotspot, i noticed that the floors, everywhere i looked, looked like they hadnt been swept or mopped in a while andthe window sill wasnt clean. This was 10 in the morning. If they are not sweeping/mopping or doing basic wipedowns of the windowsill next to a table, then what else was dirty that I couldnt see.... When I was there, some people were doing what looked likesome kind of audit; i should have told them instead of making a review, so I apologize. 2 stars only because the coffee wasfine. You can never go wrong at Starbucks they're all great to me

Walked into Starbucks and thankfully there wasn't a line. Ordered my medicine ball and waited about 8 mins before I asked if my... tea was almost ready. They didn't even start making it because they were working on online orders. Then a homeless man walks inand pulled his pants half way down demanding the code for the bathroom. The manager came out and handled that well. That wasn'ta big deal because we live in Houston anything is possible. However, when the young finally lady with the over the topeyeshadow, hands me my tea(6 mins later) her hand was over the mouth of my drink. So I kindly ask her to replace the lid. When Ihanded it to her she SNATCHED it out of my hand and gave me the ugliest look and said" sure no problem." Now that was totallyunnecessary and beyond RUDE. Starbucks it is too early in the morning for anyone to be treated with such nastiness. Someoneneeds to speak with her about her attitude towards the guest that come in to your store. Read more

Super slow and 2 items in my order were wrong. I asked for feta spinach & egg white wrap, and flat white coffee and asked the to... add extra single shot on it. What they did ?? My food was only egg white and I told them this is not what I requested, thecashier apologized and said we don?t have this now it?s need 20 minutes to be done, so I had to order something else. And then Iwaited for more than 10 minutes to get my coffee and it wasn?t that busy and they were 4 or 5 workers talking and jockeying witheach other more than serving customers. After all of this I took my coffee and went back work the surprise was the but onlysingle shot of espresso and full the large cup with milk and the taste was too bad, this is not Starbucks that I like. I neverwrote any bad review for Starbucks but this place made me do it, worst experience I have ever had in Starbucks. Will never goback again to this location and I ask the managers to give more training for their employees and improve their skills. Read more
