Got a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso (triple). Final result milk with some foam on top. Sad that this Starbucks... garbage is everywhere and good quality coffee shops are hard to find. Read more

I ordered a flat white coffee and a Impossible breakfast Sandwich and paid for it. When I came to collect I was told that there... was no impossible sandwiches left so ended up paying $12.88 for just a coffee. No refund given! Read more

Most inefficient undermanned and mismanaged startbuvks I have ever seen. I usually have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Also ...DO... NOT USE MOBILE ORDER AHEAD. They do not update what they are out of. So you can wait 15 to 20 just to be told they are outannnnNNNNND!! They can't give you a refund. Please hire some better managers! Read more

The table I sat on outside the store was dirty and sticky and very wobbly. I asked for the manager to inform him/her of the... problem. Poor customer service , manager did not even care to come and address my concern . The barista called to say that acustomer wants to talk to you even then he/she did not show up . Told her to ask what the problem was and when I did noacknowledgment that the problem would be taken care of. Read more
