Ive been coming here lately and I like it. It's not too crowded, the customer service is good but the barista lady is limited... to only make what's on their menu. I asked if she could do a fruit drink like the ones in their advertisements and she said no.I showed her the picture of six different drinks and her excuse was " i don't have the ingredients" without even reading whichingredient is needed for each drink, that only says she doesn't know. Nice sitting area. 10/1/2021 I am so disappointed inErick, this morning my son went in to get a Frappuccino, it was 6:30am and Erick refused to serve him, erick told him he didn'topen til 7:00. I went inside to confirm that and erick was attending to a lady, afterwards, he asked if i was ready to order soI asked him if he was open and he said yes, i asked him why he refused to attend to my teenager and he said it was because hewas busy doing something,?, so to me it sounds he was discriminating a teen. I called the corporate and they said that specificstore is supposed to open at 5:00am on Fridays so they also didn't understand why he refused service and why the sign says itopens at 7:00, but will submit a complaint on my behalf because ericks behavior is simply unacceptable. The gentleman that worked there around 8:45 pm refused to make me a drink even tho they didn?t close till 9pm and was being rude... about it. I asked if they were still and he responded yes. He could have said if he didn?t want to serve me. Read more
It took me longer to get my drinks at starbucks than it did to get my things at Kroger. Anahi was nice but did not know what she... was doing. She didnt make my drinks right, and charged me an extra drink. Her and Jordan acted so confused when I asked for arefund, so being in a hurry, i told them to just give the drink to the lady in line behind me. The service from Jordan was sobad that she chose to walk away from a free drink. He had no sense of urgency, and he had his earphones on the whole time. Sinceshe didnt take the drink, i asked for my monry back again. Jordan told anahi it couldnt be done and walked away. I called him byhis name and finally he came to do it. So unprofessional. This location was way too slow.... Nearly empty and with full staff took :10 minutes to get our drinks... Will try to avoid.
First, Brianna spent half the time telling Jordan to "shut the f*** up while she made our drinks." You could obviously tell she... had no idea how to make the new iced maple latte I got. She made the refresher my girl ordered with 95% ice. After she took onesip it was halfway gone because it was 99% ice. We brought it up with them and they actually said we have to order another tallsince she drank so much already. I had to literally grab the drink from them and take a .5 second sip to show how much ice therewas in order for them to correct it. Order took 30 mins, the staff is rude, undertrained, and low class. Came in to Starbucks and stood at the register for 25 minutes and no one came. Kroger staff (Who was very rude and... unprofessional) called for assistance but no one ever showed up. This is poor customer service Read more
