I am in a very long line at Starbucks. The baristas are struggling to keep turning out orders quickly, over long periods of... time. They appear exhausted, by 10:50am. The store is clean and brightly lit. I ordered a small Mocha Cookie CrumbleFrappuccino, a large Flat White with four Splendas, and a large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, for my husband, my grandsonEedan and myself. This Starbucks wasn't accepting ordering over the Starbucks app, so I had to stand in line for 20 minutes toget my family's morning coffee. The drinks are excellent. Note: This Starbucks is inside the Hilton - Americas, in DowntownHouston. There is no free parking nearby. Self parking, at the hotel, is $38.00. Read more
This location would?ve been very convenient if not for the staff. At first there was just one, she kept giving dirty looks... towards me and my clothes, mumbling ?too much? as I approached the store. At this point I finished my order and went to waitThen she cued over another staff, he looked at me and said some comment related to ?very interesting? but in an obvious passiveaggressive tone. Though this interaction was short, I was very uncomfortable and disappointed, not just for me but in Starbucksitself. Because of these staff my image of Starbucks is spoiled now. Read more
Staying at the hotel for a couple of days. Went here yesterday ask for a cup of water no charge. Went the following day ask for... the same cup of water told there was a charge for it. I have been to many Starbucks before and was never charged for water.That?s inconsistency. The one lady in the front is very rude and short no how can I help you, but uses phrases like what do youwant. Even after after I said thank you, didn?t get a your welcome back. The staff here are great. Consistent, quality standards you'd expect. We were here every day during a tournament. When there's a... big event going on next door the line will be insane, but that's really not in their control - everybody wants a Starbucks! ?? Read more
Nice location, attention was not as expected, staff is rushing you to order and they didn't have almost anything from what was... displayed on the boards. My "turkey" panini was to cry for, see photo, it's a joke the amount of turkey included in it and itwas soggy. Read more
I visited Starbucks inside the Hilton across from the George R. Brown on November 15th, 2020. The service was great and the... drinks were perfect. Although there were several orders ahead of me, I still got both of my drinks very quickly. The sittingarea is very nice and gives a great view of the outside. The interior is very nice to look at, also. The chairs were verycomfortable. I will enjoy making another visit to the same Starbucks. Second visit was just as good.
