Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to step it up. Been to this location several times because it?s near my job but they?re... always out of several things that are the main ingredients for their drinks even at 6am an hour into opening and no line. Girlwith red hair had a terrible attitude working friday on 11/18. I pull up to the window as she handed me my drinks and changed mymind and asked politely if I can have my drink remade instead of black coffee. She snatched it from my hand and said ?thats whathe asked you.? Rolled her eyes, and left. When she came back with the remade drink, I informed her I just changed my mind. Itwasn?t me trying to make their life difficult. She then rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I have never experiencedrude service like that at this location before. On top of that, they were all out of all dairy products which was alreadyannoying that I had to alter my friends drink with multiple different ingredients. They charged me for every single thing thatwas a substitute for their lack of inventory. My total was almost $16 for just 2 grande drinks. Read more

I love this particular Starbucks location. Super fast service, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. There aren't many tables,... but they do have some outside that are nice & clean. Read more

4.5 Customer service was excellent and my order came out delicious as expected. This is the only Starbucks in a decent radius,... which I imagine is why the line was pretty long. The wait time was reasonable for the number of cars. Read more

Horrible place! I love Starbucks just as much as the next. But this place was just disgusting. The floors were sticky and it had... a smell to the entire store. When a customer asked for toilet paper she was reminded there was only 3 people working. ???? wow Iwas in shock then of course the worker decided to empty the trash getting distracted mid way leaving it out next to theworkstation. Extremely a disappointment. If it wasn't for the lil short one who made my coffee the honestly best I've had in along time it was have gotten 1 star. This place needs leadership!! Plan and simple. One of the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Not only did I wait over a half hour for a terrible drink (was NOT made... properly), the baristas were rude and could have cared less. I understand Saturday's run busier, but management needs to preparefor that. Read more

I visit multiple locations throughout Houston and surrounding areas but the Gulfgate store gets it right EVERY time. No matter... the hour my favorite drink is made perfect from the temperature to the taste. Consistency in product quality and customerservice are essentials to my support of any business and this Starbucks gets 5 stars for both! Read more

I'm not a Starbucks person, but my daughter wanted one because when we went to San Antonio for her birthday celebration ????????... she got a free one. I called to order the drink to save time, but was told they don't do over the phone orders. I was told Icould order online and pick up or do drive thru. I did online. My daughter and I went inside to pickup and was not happy becauseher drink was sitting out where anyone could pick it up. There was a small area for online order pickup, however, the drinksshould be kept on the staff side until it's claimed. The inside is small and it was crowded with customers so definitely anotherstrike for me. Last strike, they didn't have the chocolate sprinkles to go on top. I end up getting a refund because the drinkwas a mess!! My daughter was able to keep the drink, but didn't finish it. Staff was very friendly and courteous. This was atthe GulfGate location. I will add pictures. The 1st picture is GulfGate and 2nd is San Antonio. What a huge difference!! Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They are always out of everything. I ordered a chocolate brownie for pick up. Didn?t realize... until I got home that they put a chocolate croissant instead (the bag said chocolate brownie). I called to let them know, especially because the croissant was burnt. The lady that answered said they are all out of brownie, I asked if they could letme know next time (as this has been their usual practice in the past) and she said ?well I didn?t take your order. You can comeback and get something else.? I honestly think they don?t tell you so they don?t have to give you a refund. THE WORSE STARBUCKSEVER. Read more
