The guy with the glasses who takes your order has messed up my order 4 of the last 5 times. I tell him what I want and he puts... it down as a different drink. It?s not worth getting it fixed because of how long the lines are. Read more
Always busy, but the staff is pretty efficient and you don't have to wait long
So today was my first day in a long time to head downtown to work from the office. I entered the building expecting my order to... be ready and then realized I had sent my order to a different downtown location. I immediately thought "What a bummer"! I wouldnow have to walk about 5 extra blocks in the cold rain. But they immediately told me not to worry and offered to contact theother store to explain what happened. It's a Starbucks, so all you can really expect to be different from one to another is the staff. I love the staff here, because... even if they're overworked from serving office workers high volumes of coffee all day long, they still take the time to get toknow you and have a conversation without sacrificing quality or turn-around time.
