Every time I come to this location there?s an issue with my order. I always place my order ahead of time so it?s ready when I... get there and every time they ask me when the app told me to pick it up. I can never find it, but I don?t understand why thatmatters. I?ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. This last time I was told to ?drive to the front and wait awhilebecause it hasn?t printed yet?. So there?s no point in placing a mobile order if I have to wait longer than the people goingthrough the drive through normally. Another issue I?ve had with this location is they either never put the whipped cream on mydrink since it?s with almond milk (even tho I didn?t remove it) or they forget the sweet cream cold foam when I add it. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through for one drink. While I was waiting I noticed only one person making drinks. The other 2... were doing nothing and even made themselves drinks while the drive thru was wrapped around the corner and before they made mine.Will not be back. Reading other reviews... seems to be a common complaint and management is doing nothing about it! Read more
There is always something wrong with my drinks here. The macchiatos are either too strong or not strong at all. They?ll... sometimes give you a Frappuccino without drizzle or with whole ice cubes in them. Read more
Heather Dubose makes the best drinks hands down. Cuz everyone else always gets my drinks wrong and or slow. Y?all should be so... thankful to have wonderful employee like her at your store. Shes fast and makes the customers have better experience every time. Read more
So we've been going to this Starbucks since it first opened. It's had its ups and downs throughout the years. Lately it seems... there has not been consistency in the drink making. The staff that works in the morning seems to do a great job at making thedrinks! So I know if I go to this location I need to go early in the morning to get a decent coffee beverage. However, if you goto this location in the afternoon be aware that your drink will probably be trash. I feel like whoever makes the drinks in theafternoon hates coffee. Lol I think you'd be safe ordering a tea or a refresher but any iced coffees you better cross yourfingers. It's always a cup full of watered down milk and sugar and no coffee. So I'll either have to go to a different locationin the afternoon or go to one of our other local coffee shops. I wish this situation would get fixed though since this is ourneighborhood location. Had ordered a Venti Café Misto. Came to this location about two weeks back after checking out the app for some cups. Still had... some at this store. Anyway I came in and sat down but for whatever reason as soon as I walked in, employees here (most girls) started talking and joking and all of that.
