Hello, I usually don?t add reviews on places I go to but yesterday was a must. I arrived and there was no one to be seen over... the counter until the girl with glasses came out (was around 7pm monday) and simply asked if they were still open, I have neverheard a barista sound so unenthusiastic as i did yesterday say yes. That wasn?t what made me realize they didn?t want to makethe drink it was when I asked if they had a certain drink, they replied with such a low toned voice of annoyance. As a baristamyself I understand sometimes we are tired but to let the customer know that you don?t want to make the drink for them was a bittoo far. I decided that instead of making it complicated for them, i just left instead of receiving a drink they made withannoyance that couldn?t be hidden. Read more

I come here on a regular basis, a new employee began to work, did not know very well what to do. The lead employee began to talk... about restaurant problems. It took more than 15 min to get a coffe, watet, and an aotmral. I don't like to give bad reviews, sometimes is necessary to address the issue for people to receive additional training if need it. I?m not a Starbucks person at all, but I decided to try their breakfast. I had the sausage egg & cheese sandwich. It?s pretty... good. I also had their strawberry tea refresher (opted for the lemonade version, not the water version) and it was very good aswell. It is made with real strawberries and is truly ?refreshing?. I ordered via the drive through. The line looks long sincethe actual lane is very small, but it goes fairly fast (especially for peak morning hours). The order taker was pleasant andwhen I got to the window to pay, the lady who helped me there was also very nice. I will return to try other breakfast items andother refresher flavors. Read more

This location is my to go place when I want escape to a place where I can work on some of my projects, the barista here prepare... the best macchiato I ever had in Houston area. I don't really care there is no drive through as I come here to spend an hour orso and really don't mind interacting with people working here, great staff with a smile all the time. Read more

I frequent this location pretty often. It?s a pretty busy Starbucks, especially for not even having a drive through. I always... prefer the ones without drive through, anyway. The baristas are all really cool and friendly? I will keep coming back for sure. Read more

Nice Starbucks. It is in a strip mall with many shopping options. So a great place to stop for a shopping break. It has nice... windows that bring in a lot of real light. Very comfortable inside. It is not as dark as other Starbucks that I have been to. Staff was very friendly and the service was good and quick. Read more
