I shop here just about every day and I have the most Pleasant experience. Kate is the manager that usually deals with me and... anytime I have to wait too long she compensates me, there was once when I accidentally paid for two drinks and she gave me theone I got the next day for free. They all know my name and are very warm when I enter you should start your day with a cup ofanything from here they seem to be very busy which means they know how to mix a drink! I ordered the pink drink with lite ice and got the one in the first pic. I went back after I drank it in 5 swigs and they remade... it completely, in a bigger cup, sans ice and gave me a separate cup of ice to let me customize it as an apology. Now that?scustomer service. Read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It's convenient to my home and the staff is nice. My food and drinks usually are prepared... quickly. The drawback of this location though is that the line is usually pretty long. It's best to order ahead. This time Ipurchased the Venti Iced Vanilla Chai with Oatmilk. It was really good. Hadn't been to Starbucks in a long while. Last time was drive thru. Plenty of room here and lots of outdoor seating. I usually... don't sit in at a Starbucks for a reason. I frequently hang around here as this has a nice vibe. The cafe itself is clean, very well kept. Always been greeted with... welcoming smile. The Chicken Caprese Panini is our favorite. In terms of coffee I always found them perfectly made that youexpect from the brand. Great place to hang around with friends and family. Read more
