Today, I visited this location to meet some clients. I ordered a drink and attempted to purchase a cup when the manager gave it... to me for free! I was soooo stoked. She also gave one to the lady behind me. She was also stoked! Kudos manager lady! Yourock!!!!!!! Read more
Great service. Amazing employees. I've been going since this store opened. The drive thru is always busy. I prefer walk in.... Cannot understand the bad reviews other than the reviewers we're grumpy. The store had staffing issues during the lockdowns likeall other businesses. They did the best they could. Read more

My wait to get my drink was ridiculously long. When I got my venti carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino the employee filled the... bottom with whip cream and then drink. Finished making it with more whip cream. So the majority of my so called Frappuccino wasWHIP CREAM! So disappointed. I had stopped coming for a while to this location because of how drinks where made and how long ittakes to get your order. Thought I try again. Never again. Read more
Perhaps the least professional Starbucks I've seen, including dozens of locations across the country. The employees reflect an... obliviousness of customers, even just ignoring customers waiting for simple requests inside. The employees look like unhappy,unenergized, and uncommitted. I've made the mistake of coming to this location for several years and the employee attention tocustomer service has declined significantly. Won't be back. There are better locations nearby. The place clean, no crowded. They were very busy due to the drive thru. Maybe for that reason my dragon fruit coconut milk was... not so strong as other visits but was refreshing. The cake pop were good (chocolate). Staff polite. Read more
I have been here twice and each time my drink tastes like water with chocolate or water with whipped cream. I'm so disappointed... because I always get new holiday drinks at Starbucks. Read more
