I love this Starbucks. It's clean and the people are so friendly!
Delicious coffee, friendly staff and quick service, a perfect recipe to kickstart your morning. Starbucks, in general, has some... of the best coffee in this space along with breakfast, bakery items, lunch and a variety of different food options to pair withyour coffee. If you?re looking for some select merchandise, this store has got you covered in that aspect. There is a regularintroduction of limited-time drinks to keep you enticed along with rotational seasonal drinks (pumpkin spice latte,anyone?). I?ve always done mobile orders and picked up in store (since I don?t have the time to wait in the drive thru) and myorders are always ready when I visit the store. This store, in particular, is clean and has plenty of people working in themorning shifts (since that is the most critical and traffic driven time of the day). There is ample parking space but the drivethru gets filled up with cars rather quickly and the wait times can be longer during peak hours. They have a variety of hot andcold drinks and some dairy free options. If you?re not a fan of the choices, you could mix and match and produce your ownconcoction. My experiences, so far, have been positive and the drinks that I order are spot on. The downside of Starbucks isthe prices. These are expensive coffees and cannot be had everyday of the week, unfortunately. They do, however, have a robustloyalty program with offers every week for bonus stars opportunity. You can redeem your stars either via app, in store or indrive thru, for free drinks, food or merchandise based on the amount of stars you have. They have redeemable star tiers for youto checkout. I usually have wonderful experiences at this Starbucks. I understand that they are frequently busy and deal with morning rushes.... I have no issue with waiting for my drink, especially when I have nowhere else to be. However, one of the employees today wasextremely rude. I mobile ordered my large drink and when I arrived it was more than 1/4 of the way empty. I kindly asked ifthere was any way it could be filled up, since $6 is pricy for a partially empty drink. The woman on the bar gave me anattitude, glaring at me and clearly did not want to talk to me. She couldn?t hear me at first, interrupting me by abrasivelyasking what I had said, and then passively aggressively filled my drink. I felt awkward but thanked her anyway even though shesaid nothing. I try to be kind to people in the food industry because I know how stressful it can be. However, this experiencereally put a damper on my day and impacted my outlook on this location. I?ll still give this place my business, because many ofthe workers there are so pleasant! But I do hope that she is kinder to others in the future. Read more
If I could give this women a 0 star I would. This is one of the best Starbucks I?ve ever been too but this one employee really... set me off. I get it, I came in at 8pm late at night to get a pick me up because of college classes. When I walked in a youngAsian on the bigger side lady with glasses was there on her phone and completely ignored me. I had to say excuse me to get herattention when she clearly saw me. I come here most mornings when I'm scheduled to work close by and the staff is BEYOND exceptional! It's always good to see a... smiling face and a willingness to serve. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and it is not easy! Keep up the good work! Read more
Ordered a Café Misto. It was ok. The last time I had one it was creamier and it was a little more thicker. Unless they had... added some heavy cream but it was good that way. Sat in for a while.
