Customer service from the morning crew was the best I?ve had at any Starbucks.

Prices getting too high ! Some stores close at 7:00pm. This is not the 1950's, they could at least stay open 'till 8:00pm. They... could sell more product & make their sales day quota, if they have one like the old days in retail. Read more

I must say, I usually don?t write many reviews but I had to leave one for Chris!! He needs to be promoted or working for... corporate because his energy is unmatched! A lot of us are just barely waking up in the morning, and Chris really knows how tomake a person feel energetic and positive to get their day started with some good coffee! We need more people like Chris,especially with the state of the economy. He can really get a great jumpstart on a persons day. I hope he will be able to seethis review! I just want to say - awesome job to this crew! I don?t even like Starbucks coffee. Their refreshers, green tea frapp and food... items are good though. This is the nicest Starbucks I?ve ever been too. They are fast, always friendly, and add little touchesto my order that just put a smile on my face. Read more

I have been coming to this location every day (6am) about a month since I moved apartments. Today I got my usual venti latte w/... almond milk. I toke off and when I realized my coffee wasn?t the same weight and it tasted bad!!!!!!! When I opened the lid itwas half of a venti coffee... I am so disappointed. So far haven?t had a good experience with this location due that it takes 15mins for 1 coffee and sometimes they don?t have my order even though I ordered it from the app. Coffee is not consistent andthat?s sad. Really nice Starbucks. Construction can make it kinda difficult to get in here but the employees are mostly friendly which is a... plus. They can be a tad bit slow, but my order has always been correct so no complaints. Oh, and the manager is absolutelyamazing! She?s the sweetest person EVER!! :) Read more
