I work nearby and don?t have a ton of time for lunch, I order on the app and they always have my order perfect and ready for me,... even when they are busy they have my order out faster than the app says. When I come in they always greet me and are veryfriendly. Sometimes they even greet me by name. They really go above and beyond. I appreciate this Starbucks location!! Read more

I was just in the drive thru and a young gentleman waited on me (Im sorry I didn't get his name) He was super nice and had a... great personality. I don't usually do reviews but I thought it needed to be said. This young man made a good day even better.The employees at Starbucks have always been friendly to me, I'm there often enough, but this young man went above and beyond byactually having a conversation with me. To be fair, it wasn't overwhelming busy like it usually is when I'm normally there. ButI just wanted to put it out there. These guys are pretty awesome and my drinks are always well made! Read more

Super disappointed in this location. Ordered plain iced tea with little water. Received light golden colored water. Drove... through to get it fixed and received another drink that looked exactly the same. Wow, are times so tough that you can't servereal tea? So disappointed in this location. Read more

This location is located in a strip mall directly across the street from Space Center Houston amongst numerous hotel chains.... Typical table and chairs and they have 4 comfy chairs to chill in. They have a drive through and it seemed consistently busyinside and out. Till staff was nice and helpful. Crew of ladies working the drinks all seemed to have a black cloud abovethem. I had asked the till guy to leave an inch for cream but he didnt so I dumped an inch out into the sink near to where youpick up your drinks. Apparently it was the ice sink and they got mad at me "now we have to dump all of that ice". I apologized. I have been in hundreds of Starbucks and this the first time there was an ice sink next to the normal sink, with the normal sinkbeing further away. Anyway same same. Read more
