I ordered 2 drinks through DoorDash, each with an EXTRA shot of espresso and received drinks that contained NO COFFEE... WHATSOEVER. I don't mean that it was weak, or decaf, or that they forgot the extra shots but I mean, they didn't put ANY coffeein the cup... They sent us warm water and milk. I called the store, as a courtesy, thinking they would want to know if they'resending out "coffee" without the coffee. The manager didn't come to the phone, they relayed to me that they're not gonna lookinto it, they don't care, and it's not their problem. I paid $20 for warm water, they could've come to the phone, they could'veapologized, they could've assured me that if I reorder, they would make sure the drinks have coffee in them. This visit sucked beans. As usual, the music was loud. I asked the store manager, Jeremy, to turn it down. He replied,... "You're sitting in the loudest part of the store." A barista walked over to a control pad, turned the volume way down for allof one second, and returned it to either its previous level or to a level negligible from the original. Based on the barista'sdemeanor - action and a particularly unfriendly look cast my way - she shared the manager's sentiment. I requested a secondtime the volume be lowered. After listening through two more tunes, I again noticed no difference. Having ordered nothing toeat or drink, I grabbed my gear and walked to the manager who asked, "You out of here, Gary?" I said yes and continued, "I'verequested two times that the music be turned down and nothing's been done about it. Nobody in a conversation should have totalk over the music in order to be heard." He replied, "Sorry, Gary." I answered, "No you're not, or you would have turned itdown." Most puzzling of all is, he and I have known each other since he was trained for management (at another store) and we'vejoked and gotten along well for the entirety of our acquaintance. I wonder how he treats strangers who've made the samerequest. There's a pretty good chance I'll never find out because no plans exist for a future visit. Why in the world would Iwalk back into a business that made me feel unwelcome and intimidated? I was denied satisfaction to a reasonable request andinstead was given lip and lip service. It sucked. Shortly afterwards, I followed up my experience with an online chat with aStarbucks customer-service representative who explained during our conversation that store management had been alerted of theissue and the problem would be fixed. They are constantly out of Oatmilk, and never carry enough of the Impossible sandwiches to last a week? I guess the solution is... to call before showing up and expecting them to have what they offer on the menu. Read more

There are a few Starbucks around my house and they consistently fail me. This one however is the best around. Their coffee is... always fresh and my order is always right. I'm in so frequently at this particular location that even without having to orderahead they know my order and name without fail. Some of the most spectacular service I've ever gotten at an establishment likethis. Fast, friendly, and spot on every time. Won't go to another one anytime soon Read more

Came in at 1pm on 7/30. The lady at the front counter was very nice and understanding. I had receieved a bad drink from another... location and she was happy to remake my drink for me. I really appreciate it and just wanted to give them a shout out forexcellent service! Thank you! Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The team of workers are too notch and the service is awesome. Quality if drinks and... foods are always great. Also got visit with special friends that I have met since being a regular repeat customer at thisStarbucks! Read more

The wait is ridiculous?.We walked in to order and the shop wasn?t even busy. The staff seems to keep getting the orders wrong... for other customers and the cashier spent a very long amount of time to catch up with his friends before taking our order. It isall well and good to catch up but not when there?s 3 people waiting in the queue. Another observation is that the coffee makingstation looks sloppy and could use a clean. Well, at least the coffee is good and the cranberry bliss bar too. Read more
