I?m sorry but this is the filthiest Starbucks I?ve been to in my life. I don?t know if it was completely sanitary bc there were... flies flying around all over the store and pastries. Over 20+ flies and Nats on the windows and hovering over the trash that wasoverfilled. The floor was a mess where the baristas are with crumbs everywhere and it was not buys. I was on a meeting for anhour parked in front b4 I went in and it did not ever get busy. Staff was friendly but it appears no one wants to clean and themanager doesn?t care about hygiene. I was grossed out. This place I just found and really convenient on my route but I?m afraidI would get food poisoning they aren?t clean and I don?t suggest going here unless you?ve seen inside and are okay with flies onyour food and drinks Read more

By far the worst star bucks my family and I have been to. Nick the manager didn?t have the greatest attitude. He had his arms... crossed and starring us down like he just wanted to leave. We sat there waiting for 5 minutes before we had to ASK if we couldhave a cup of coffee. At that point my family and I where so upset we just left. There was only two costumers in the store andthat was including us with three employees standing around not doing anything just conversation amongst themselves. Usually whenI walk into a star bucks they go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. I know I?ll never go to that particular starbucks ever again even if I just have to use the toilet I would even go in there for that. And this happened around 4:40 pm todayfor the store owner. The indoor dining area looks like it simply needs a good wipe down and vacuuming in general. The wooden chairs have obviously... seen better days, too. Aside from a ding in cleanliness, the atmosphere is what you would expect of a typical Starbucks, andthis location seems to have avoided being congregated by the fairly large homeless population of the Hobby Airport area. SinceI get fairly simple drinks for prolonged stays and low calorie options at Starbucks, I don't have particular complaints to thislocation's Iced Black Tea Lemonade. Read more
Quick drop by to get something refreshing ans cold. Ordered the pink drink. I am so glad it?s on the menu now. I remember on my... keto diet I would ask for for this drink at various locations and no one knew how to make it or even heard of it. Now it?s onthe menu and it?s delish and keto friendly.
