I love the location of this Starbucks, its so convenient but for the last 3 times my order has been completely wrong... My order... is super simple Grande Caramel Brule Late Iced with oat milk. these past 3 times I haven't received oat milk. Today I think itsalmond milk, not sure but my cup is completely white.... where is the coffee?? I was so late to go back to work i didnt havetime to get my drink made again. I'm drinking a cup of milk... The last two times the coffee did me super bad. I cant haveregular milk and the barista made my order to be half regular milk half oat milk when i specified i CANT have regular milk....As much as i love this location because i always pass through here i wont be returning. These drink arent cheap and i cant bewaisting money like this.. Smh Read more
Drive-thru starbucks are so cozy. Loved the atmosphere of this location, and the batista are so friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I have lived here for 7 years. I rarely complain online but alas after years of consistent manager and barista... attitudes , we are now bound to leave a complaint. We understand this location is busy , which is why we order 20 minutes beforearriving online . Consistently, we get out and let them know we are here for our order which was placed 20 minutes ago , just incase they are too busy to manage the online orders. Regardless of ordering ahead , they will serve every single white customerahead of us , with much different eagerness and compassion In their disposition.After we let them know we are here , we stillend up waiting an additional 20-30 minutes for our order. Regardless of who is working the shift : the attitudes and customerservice towards my wife and I are disrespectful and at this point demeaning . They literally won?t even look my wife in the Eye, who is a native Jamaican and is remarkably polite and welcoming , especially towards the food service industry employees . Iwatch them ignore her and treat us as secondary guests no longer. We will never quench our caffeinated libations here again. Letthis serve as warning for all the folks of color who haven?t forgotten where they are from. Don?t take give this trash Starbucksbusiness, just go to Meyerland Starbucks where you are treated as a proper human being. Read more
They have no inside seating and apparently no one running the show. The drive through line is always backed up into traffic and... expect at least a 25min wait to get your order that might be incomplete. If I could give this location negative stars I would.Completely fubar. Read more
I always come here, it's the only one I like to go too. ???? service is always friendly, the drive thru is always busy, but they... get the orders pushed out in a timely manner. And the cashier at the window today was simply amazing ???? she has a livelyspirit. Read more
Just your typical starbucks, drive thru or walk up window in only. Staff was polite. Drive thru went fast. Laura was helpful... with substitutes for out of stock items. 4 stars because it seems every visit, there is always something out of stock. Update:Service here just sucks with the morning/ early afternoon crew. Drink wasn't even to the top. Read more
Waited 18 mins for a drink. They cater and prioritize the drive through instead of walk ins. Ridiculous.
