I came in today 10/25/21 about 10:04am, got me my favorite drink of the season, pumpkin spice latte grande, if you are going to... spend close to $6 you want to make sure you get your money's worth. But the Barista that made my latte did not even fill it upto top, you pay close to $6 you don't want a half empty cup of a latte. Also didn't have the breakfast sandwich I wanted. Read more
Coffee was good. Other details were not. Ordered 4 breads & asked they be left in their original wrappers. Barrists took... them out of the wrappers and put them in open wrappers. They will be dried out in a few hours. Bathrooms filthy, pee on thefloor, no tissue. When the barrista was told anout the state of the bathrooms, no response at all. Poor training. Not goodcustomer service. This Starbucks needs better management and training. No wonder it is never busy. This is one my favourite Starbucks. Located down the street from memorial high school. In a strip Center off of Katy FWY. This... location is always clean and the crew fast and friendly. I like that everything on the menu is in stock weather it be blondeespresso or the drink of the moment, easyparkinng. Read more
No drive-thru. But I accept because theres a Water Fountain with pretty colors near by. More sugars please!
It took 35 minutes to get my tea. 2 stars because it was good.
