Today was red cup day. Even though it was a zoo Cayla was managing the crowd and process really well. Some were getting upset... at her because mobile orders were taking a while. There is also a high school next door and there are many kids getting drinksfor school. They are the best, all the staff is very attentive, without a doubt it has become my favorite place to have a coffee or eat.
I really like this place, all of the employees are so nice and greet every customer with a smile. I come to this location very... often and is heartwarming seeing how they even try to memorize my order every time they see me coming in. Read more
Excellent service, great employees, and fast service. Couldn't ask for more Update: Apparently you CAN ask for more Tony and... Perla went above and beyond the call of duty. My Starbucks app was glitching and wasn?t showing the correct amount of stars intheir system. As a one time courtesy they gave me my order for free, I will recommend this Starbucks to everyone as long as theystill work here. Give them promotions and a raise please! Read more
Bathroom was terrible. Crew and coffee was good. Tough to recommend this location.
I asked for a large pour over ( $3.60 and 15 minutes later (over $3) i receive a room temperature coffee. I politely complained... and the lady said the length of time it took was because it took 15 minutes. It used to take 5. Three people stood over it forthe final 5 minutes. The prior lady just left it and served other customers. The manager remade it and gave me a WHOLE cup ofcream and 8 sugars in a bag, with snarky, "and plenty of cream for you to regulate your temperature." What happened to not beingwaistful, and allowing people to make their own coffee, or, at least, if you are going to make it and with the new priceincreases in thought, produce a simple coffee with a simple, price and a simple interaction, as one might expect when simplyjust trying to buy a grossly overpriced cup of coffee. The store is very clean and well organized compared to other Starbucks locations. Nicole had explained the new drinks to us and... was also super friendly and nice! She recommended the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it is very good compared to what I hadimagined it would have tasted. I would order it again because it taste differently then their ordinary caramel frappe. Read more
