Pretty consistently long waits, consistently inconsistent drinks. Some days too much milk, other times too much syrup. This... location is closest to me, but I usually will drive out to the Memorial & Dairy ashford location or preorder and pickup at thelocation by HEB down the way. One of the most disrespectful managers (Brandon) in existence. Not only did he have my girlfriend wait weeks to become a worker... at this location and schedule multiple interviews. But has the audacity to call her off an employees phone to speak rudely toher for taking up a faster salary opportunity. When she hasn't even started haha. Manager was rude and didn?t not send my order out when he told me to park in the front of establishment. Nobody came out so I... had to go inside and the cup was half full and cold by the time I came inside. Won?t come to this location again. My whitechocolate mocha was disgusting after she remade it. I have came here multiple times and they have messed up my drink but today 8/27/22 I ordered 2 drinks and 1 of them they messed... up twice. The second time she put caramel on my drink which the drink didn?t even come with but she just scooped it off the topleaving some inside the drink while adding new whip cream to the top. Read more

My favorite location! The cafe has a cozy vibe and is larger than most. The staff keeps the bathrooms pretty clean, although I... do get a sticky table often. Customer service is great, and the manager makes an effort to be visible and get to know thecustomers. Read more
