This Starbucks is a rip off. Look at the amount of ice they put in for a venti. For paying over $6 I can say that it?s really... not worth it. Not to mention they now ask you to tip. For what? I?m confused.. the cost of the drink is already so steep thatshould include your labor fee. I?m sick of places asking to tip on drinks already way overpriced. Also they charged me .70 centsfor substituting for almond milk. Conclusion - done ordering from Starbucks. If you want to pay $6 for a cup of ice. Come to this location. I just tried this one because there's always a line of Vehicles... and people fight to get in the drive thru line when the walk up window is open and empty. Read more
This outdoor only Starbucks only has drive thru and patio with umbrellas. Service is fast and friendly. If you are doing drive... thru, be aware when you turn right, we saw so many cars cut the curb and scratched their tires. Read more
WORST STARBUCKS EVER When to this location and ordered a caramel brûlée with no caffeine and was told my order didn?t make... sense. The guy who was taking our order interrupted me saying ? actually the passenger has to say the order that?s theproblem.!! ?. In a very rude disgusting manner. After the driver started ordering he said the order didn?t make any sense. Andsaid it under his breath. In a very rude way. I pulled up to order at the window so that there wasn?t a misunderstanding due tothe unprofessional customer service. I went to the window and a girl told me my total. So the passenger began to explain howwe wanted the drink and she smirked and said that doesn?t make sense. We told her we didn?t want caffeine in it. She began toraise her voice. And she said they don?t make it with coffee. No customer service skills. Rather than trying to solve themisunderstanding and provide a solution. We explained the order exactly to the temp and the exact recipe and how to do it. Shewas extremely rude and unprofessional as well. We simply just wanted no caffeine and they make it a super complicatedexperience. This is the worst Starbucks and the manager should provide training for these employees.
