Good coffee. Great decency from the personnel and much appreciated one of the workers lowering down the blinds near my area to... cool down the area and also limiting the sunlight I was getting while I was on my laptop. Small action that made a bigdifference. Thank y'all. Read more
Horrible stuff, I have ordered my ice coffee and chocolate ship cookie and I was on the phone when I got to the window to pay. I... found my drink in the window outside and the foam all over the cup, I took it and asked for napkin to clean it up that got medistracted to get my cookie I left and remembered in the middle of my way home that I forgot my order I went back at 7:33 pm Iwas there just to tell them I forgot my order and I don?t have a receipt or any record on app to come back next day. They wereignoring me and no one wanted to help me. This isn?t about the cookie but the behavior and the fact they gave eye contact three of stuff while counting the money and no one decide to just see why I am I am knocking and drove all the way back ! The personnel working at Starbucks here are really just good human beings. I must admit that part of coming here is the coffee... but also just getting a smile or a ?have a great day? is contagious and prepares me for the day. What a lovely group of people that work here. Everyone is so friendly + kind. They remember locals' orders + greet people by... name or by pet name. They also have such a charming banter between each other - it's obvious that they get along and enjoyworking together which is so good to see. Side note: they also make the coffee drinks really well.
