Ordered my Starbucks at 7:30am with a 9-12 minute ETA. Arrived to Starbucks only to find out they are a hour behind on drinks.... Take the kids to school and go back to starbucks and I still have 40 drinks in front of my order! For the last month this location has been 15 mins behind the online pickup time every time I have ordered from here. I have been... late to appointments due to this poor time management and customer service. There is never an apology or explanation as to why Ihave to come inside and wait an additional 15 to 20 mins pass the pickup time. Also me and my family can only drink non dairymilk and it?s been 3 times they have disregarded the directions and gave us regular milk which made us sick immediately and hadto take antiseptic to stop a serve allergic reaction. This location is the worst they need to fire the manager and get a new one or probably the whole staff there's something wrong... with them supposedly drive thru never takes to long I had 3 cars in front of me and that was 43 minutes I'm a business man and Ihave a business if I was the owner here I would figure things out right away Starbucks is loosing clients and money you have totrain your staff better which is super easy all they do is warm things up or if is a fresh drink just pour some ice and liquidhow hard it is for the staff to do this things if you go to McDonald's is faster and there they have to cook some of their foodalso if you request a coffee you'll get it right away knowing that coffee is NOT THEIR SPECIALTY so this location needs toimprove better or simply just keep losing business Read more
Very busy location. The interior is a bit small but they have outside seating, which is also limited. Be ready to wait for a... while for your drink. Read more
Ordered two drinks and a plain bagel with cream cheese my drinks came no problem but the bagel never came the girl that took my... order made several bagels after receiving my payment never did she say we don?t have your plain bagel she literally prepared 5bagels and said nothing to me about mines not being in stock I waiting in vain and I?m upset. Ordered iced coffee (sweet with cream) and it was PERFECT. Everyone at this location seems to know whats going on (rare). I sat... in and worked for a little while and was super impressed by one employee in particular. He wore a beanie and had a "Damage Done"shirt on. He was cranking out drinks like crazy and was so nice! If a manager is reading this, he has earned some sort of bonus! Read more

The drink was fine. Not great, just fine. BUT the so called breakfast 'sandwiches'.... they are a joke and not sandwiches at... all. These are sliders being sold as a sandwich.... This is a fail for Starbucks at $5 totally not worth that. Read more
