The staff here is always on point and friendly. I always get my Frappuccino's thick like a shake w/ extra mocha mixed in not... around the cup I only have to ask for what I want from this location and they make it with no problems I don't have to send itback because it's not thick enough it is just perfect every time I go to this location. The staff will have a littleconversation w/ you so you are not just standing there waiting for your drink. It is also very clean, bright, and spacious andhas a patio if you want to be alone or just sit outside. Their merchandise was stocked and full. Read more
Would give a 0 if I could, first the line is extremely long without a sense of urgency then a sign posted by the food saying the... menu is limited which is okay I guess with everything going on but after waiting 20 minutes or so to get ice coffee the baristasays we don?t have it ! Like let it be knows from the beginning weather a sign or taking it off the menu or something, not justwaste my time when I could have been going somewhere else. On top of that no apology or nothing as if I was asking her for afree drink. Won?t be back anytime soon ! Thank god for other coffee shops. Read more

Worst customer service I ever received from a Starbucks store ... Usually I?m very happy customer with Starbucks.. We ordered... medicine tea it took this guy 13 minutes to tell us after that time that he forgot to do it ...and he?s gonna make itnow!!!!! It's a warm cozy place, good for groups, it has couches and high chairs, good for reading a book or working on a laptop. Note:... it has no outdoor space. I ordered the salted caramel mocha, the barista told me that they don't have the salted caramel flavorbut he still can do it, it tasted good though. Read more
