if there was 0 stars i would?ve chose that because i came to that store to get 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and... that worker there that ive seen for the first time said that it was too much for her and i had to go across the street to buyfrom another starbucks but i?ve always came here for the past year and i?ve never had that problem i always get a big orderwhich is way bigger than what i tried to order today and the workers would happily do it but she doesn?t seem to be happy tomake 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappe which i honestly think she?ll mess this place up if she keeps the same energy. I always shop from drive through. Everytime they have some misding. One time there was no large cup so i had to buy medium. Next... time thay dont have tray for multiple coffee cup holding. So i couldnt buy more than one coffee because of they didnt have tray.One time their specialty coffee is sold out !!!! . One other time was something else. When we complain to the managers theysuddenly make refund but they dont want to hear any complain they make refund and they stop talking closing the case by sayinghave good day !!!!Everytime they have excuses for their lack of manegement. I don't like to write a lot of negative reviews but my experience was pretty horrible here. There was a gentleman who worked in... the morning where he got the order wrong 3 times. My order was very simple. But he managed to mess it up (maybe he was new) andlooked like he didn't really care of what the customers had to get. He sort of got the order right on the 4th try but my coffeeended up tasting like water because the ratio was way off. Please train the batista before letting him actually go in service. Ialso had to stand there for literally 15 minutes for one coffee drink. There was no line. Read more

I had a family event on Sunday and ordered two travelers of coffee one day in advane. I went there on Suturday, paid in advance... and asked for it to be ready for a pick up at 1:30 pm the following day. I was assured it will be ready. When we went there topick it up it wasn't ready. We had to wait 30 minutes for it. I had more than 30 people at my party waiting for it as we wantedto have the coffe together with the cake. Also napkins were crumpled up. Very disappointing. Good customer service, I usually don't go here this often I have to have a taste for it. But order my venti mocha frappuccino.... W/ extra mocha & whipped cream & cinnamon on time easy order to make if you listen, well this barista that I got on this day wasperfect cause he listen to my complete order never interpreted me just listened and when I was done talking he suggested a snackbut their food taste like chemicals, so I just got the coffee it was great, and I was happy with my day cause he didn't cut meoff, he got my order perfectly right, and I was in and out, I did feel bad because i didn't have any cash on me to tip him so Iwent and got some cash to tip him and then it was after I was in awe with my cup of coffee that I realized that I now had to godeal with all the stupid people in Houston who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE, so they messed up my zen.. this store is always cleanand fresh looking, I love the way this place smells... the parking lot is kind of screwed up cause it is always so bad, but Ihave no complaints and they are fast he was done w/ my order in about 2 minutes or less. So way to go STARBUCK EMPLOYEES, Keepup the great ... I know everyone always says the bad that people do, but never any good. So everyone go get some Starbucks todayand appreciate your barista even with a smile, a thank you, a good job, or especially a tip, just think about how you would liketo be treated believe me cause I have had mu fair share of some stupid people @ orher places & have let them have it, but if youget good service just let them know.. Love this Starbucks it's conveniently located inside Randall's. The Barista is a sweetheart and they have great pastry. I also... like their packaged snacks. This is my go to Starbucks since the other location across the street is always blocked due to roadwork on Memorial. Read more
