An excellent dining experience. You will be greeted into a sleek dining environment. The soft low lighting helps to accentuate... the enjoyment of the experience. It's refreshing to read a Japanese menu with uniquely different offerings. The food iscreatively and artfully plated. Each bite is like an orgasm in your mouth!! The raw fish here is so fresh and how everything is prepared.. you can tell they really value quality and service. I ordered the... white tiger makimono roll (the flavour is crazy good), fatty salmon, blue fin tuna, flounder and yellow tail. The flounderwasn’t my favourite but it was still worth a try! Amazing service and food. Sushi was very unique as we ordered from the specialty list…all imported fish from Japan. One of... those places where you don’t need soy sauce! The waitress we had was amazing and she knew what to recommend. She even taughtus how to take photos of our food. Read more
I brought my wife here for her birthday dinner and I must say that this was one of the most amazing culinary experiences I have... ever had. The fish is mostly imported directly from Japan and the freshness of the fish is amazing. We chose to go with theOmakase and it was well worth the price! The staff is well trained and go out of their way to inform you of the fish and bitesyou are taking as well as pairings of sake and drinks to go with your food. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a mealprepared by highly trained chefs who definitely put the love of their craft into every bite you take! Awesome services from our waiter, Timmy and the manager, Jennifer. They were both very accommodating and helpful with guiding us... on what to order as it was our first time there. The restaurant was clean with an amazing decor. Love the bar area. The sushiwas fresh and delicious. It was a unique and pleasant experience. We will try the Omakase next time for sure! Read more
If you want next level sushi you need to go to Soto. We did the Omakase sampler and I was impressed by each course. They are... all small but extremely delicious. This is the salmon over fire which was a coffee bean and liquor fire. Also pictured is thelobster tempura. Not to mention the staff was amazing. More great surprises in the Omakase, well worth the $150 per person. Read more
Really enjoyed the dinner experience at the sushi bar. We went there for Xmas Eve dinner and it did not disappoint. Yoshi-San... and Andy-San and the rest of the crew were all so much fun and so hospitable. Creative menu and unique dishes. Highly recommendthe uni pasta and the toro risotto and to try most of the specials. One of the best sushi I’ve had in town but the amazingservice is one reason why I’ll definitely come back. Their happy hour is really good and fairly priced for their quality. It was so good I had to go off the happy hour menu to their... main menu. Definitely recommend the Soto 2.0, I think it's the signature. Excellent dish. Read more
