The worst. Was at the drive thru menu for well over 10 minutes. Said hello a couple times, the first time he said he?ll be right... with me. Another 10 min passed. No one acknowledged us. Went inside instead, again not one person acknowledged us and there were3 employees there. I?m pregnant and kinda mad lol all I wanted was a limeade. Read more
They have no stalls so don't even think about using the app to order ahead. Also, the kids that work here need a training on... customer service! They don't greet you when you enter and their attitudes are horrible!!! Read more

Now I know why it?s rated 1.8 stars. Speaker is poor quality and the person taking the order was incompetent. It?s a good... thing they had a menu listed on the screen or they would have overcharged me by $14. They were not happy when I corrected them.My last time here! Read more

It's no wonder this place has 1.9 stars. We walked in and walked up to the counter. We weren't even acknowledged. The manager... (female) was looking at us but didn't even say welcome or I'll be right with you or we're closed (this was around 5:30 or 6pm)She proceeded to tell an employee that was sweeping/mopping the dining room that he couldn't work off the clock or while he wason break. She look at us some more and walked to the back where the prep area is. Then walked around some more still not sayinga word to us. This is when we finally decided we didn't want to spend our hard earned money at this awful place. I don't seethis location lasting too long there. Instead we went to the location off Wilson Rd. Customer service was awful. Their credit card machine wasn't working (which isn't their fault), but the attitude I received when... I was told I had to pay with cash was terrible! I tried gathering change because all I had was my debit card, the cashierscoffed at me trying to gather enough change ($3.02)! Wow! Seriously?? It's not my fault either that your credit card machineisn't working!!! However, the drink I ordered was tasty. That's about the only positive thing about my experience there today! Read more
Poor customer service. Rude employees and manager. Counters are sticky like the floors. Place is always dirty. Go somewhere else... if you do not want to ruin your Sonic experience. Read more
